Clear prices, per mailbox and per company
Mailboxes by size, one Drive pool for the whole company, a Team Drive from 1 TB, and Receive by storage. All prices per month, excluding VAT, cancel monthly.

Mailboxes
Every mailbox includes calendar, contacts, webmail, Northmail, Meet and Book. Choose the size per mailbox: 2 GB for info@ and the front desk, 100 GB for the colleague who never deletes anything.
Drive pool per company
One storage pool for the personal drives of everyone with Drive. The administrator divides it, or leaves it open. Office in the browser is included.
More than 100 TB?
A company above 100 TB gets its own Drive server with its own IP addresses: 250 per month plus 7 per TB. Ask for a quote.
Team Drive
Shared folders that everyone in the company sees, with their own storage next to the pool. From 1 TB.
Receive
Receive confidential files safely from anyone, without an account for the sender. Priced by storage. Files are deleted after the retention period of at most 30 days, so the storage is roughly what you can receive per month.

Cheaper, and your data stays in the Netherlands
Every server stands in a Dutch datacenter and is run by Binadit itself. No American parent company, no US Cloud Act, no supplier outside the EU. And you only pay for the storage your company actually needs, not for 2 TB per person that nobody uses.
Good to know
- Prices are per month, excluding VAT, and can be cancelled monthly. There is no minimum number of mailboxes.
- A mailbox can be resized at any time; the new price applies from the next month.
- The Drive pool counts the personal drives of all accounts with Drive. Team Drive and Receive have their own storage and never count against the pool.
- Storage is counted in logical bytes: what you see in your folders is what you pay for, regardless of kept versions or deduplication.
- A company that fills its pool gets a warning at 80% and 95%; at 100% uploads pause until the pool is enlarged. Nothing is ever deleted.
