# Binadit Workspace

> The Dutch alternative to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: mail, calendar, Drive, Office and Meet on servers in the Netherlands, under European law.

Binadit Workspace is a hosted suite for companies: mail, calendar, contacts, Drive (file sync and sharing), Office (documents in the browser), Meet (video meetings), Book (booking pages) and Receive (secure inbound files). ## Products

- **Mail and calendar**: Mail, calendar and contacts on your own domain. A mailbox with calendar and contacts, in the webmail or in the mail program you already use. On your own domain, with security set up properly from day one.
- **Drive**: Sync, share and safely receive files. Your files on a server in the Netherlands, synchronised with your Mac. Sharing is a link. Receiving works too: someone outside your company sends you a file safely, without an account and without an email attachment.
- **Meet**: Video meetings, no account needed for your guests. Start a meeting from your calendar or with one click on meet.binadit.work. Whoever receives the link joins in the browser, without an account. In the meeting you share your screen, or a document from Drive that everyone edits together while you talk.
- **Book**: A booking page for every mailbox. Let customers pick a time themselves, as with Calendly, but across all your calendars and mailboxes and without any integration work. The appointment lands straight in your calendar, with a Meet link.
- **Receive**: Receive confidential files from anyone, safely. A page on your own address where clients, counterparties and applicants hand you files. No account, no app, no attachment in the mail. Everything is encrypted in their browser before it leaves and is deleted again after the retention period. The replacement for Cryptshare, included with Drive.
- **Office**: Documents, spreadsheets and presentations in the browser. Write, calculate and present together in the browser, on files that stay on Binadit Drive. Built on Collabora Online, the European office suite based on LibreOffice, so nothing leaves your Workspace.
- **Northmail**: Our own mail program for macOS and Windows. A free mail program with calendar and contacts, laid out like classic Outlook. Made for Binadit Workspace, but it also works with Exchange and Gmail.
- **Conserio**: Business chat, instead of Slack or Teams. Channels, direct messages and threads for your whole company, with calls through Meet and files from Drive. One login with your mail account, data in the Netherlands, and one price per company instead of per person.

## Pricing (per month, excluding VAT, cancel monthly, valid from 2026-10-01)

- Mailbox, per account (calendar, contacts, webmail, Northmail, Meet and Book included): 2 GB €2.95, 5 GB €3.95, 10 GB €4.95, 25 GB €5.95, 50 GB €7.95, 100 GB €10.95.
- Drive pool, per company (one storage pool for the personal drives of all accounts with Drive; Office in the browser included): 250 GB €9, 500 GB €15, 1 TB €25, 2 TB €40, 5 TB €75, 10 TB €120, 20 TB €200, 50 TB €450, 100 TB €800. Above 100 TB: own Drive server, €250 per month plus €7 per TB.
- Team Drive, per company (shared folders everyone sees, own storage next to the pool): 1 TB €29, 2 TB €45, 5 TB €85, 10 TB €140, 20 TB €240, 50 TB €500, 100 TB €900.
- Receive, per company (secure inbound file transfer, priced by inbox storage, retention at most 30 days): 50 GB €29, 250 GB €59, 1 TB €129, 5 TB €349.
- Conserio chat, per company regardless of the number of users: 6 months of history free, 12 months of history €49.95, 24 months of history €89.95, 36 months of history €129.95.
- Mail and Drive storage are never pooled together. Team Drive and Receive never count against the Drive pool. Storage is counted in logical bytes.
